I am Dr. Abu, a passionate educator with a diverse background and a wide range of interests. 

I have a rich academic history, including a gold medal in my undergraduate studies in physical education, and Master’s and PhD degrees in library and information science.

I currently manage an e-learning publishing team at Alison, Ireland (offshore from Chennai), and also serve as an animation and Photoshop instructor, public speaking and creative writing teacher.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a qualified cricket player and umpire in the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association, home of the well-known Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, the ‘Chennai Super Kings.’ I am an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy playing cricket, chess, among other sports.

One of my passions is chess, a game that I believe fosters strategic thinking, patience, and decision-making skills. I am excited to offer chess coaching, where I aim to impart not just the rules of the game, but also the underlying theories and strategies that can help young minds grow and excel.

Through my coaching, I hope to inspire a love for the game and help your child develop critical thinking skills that will benefit them in all areas of life.
